Refund policy (published)

• Automatic full refund on any coverage gap — within 5 business days, no request needed.
• Documented data error: refund or free re-run within 30 days (report ID + the citation of the erroneous field). Adjudicated errors are demoted across all reports and become permanent benchmark cases.
• Free re-run within 7 days after upstream source outages.
• Subscriptions cancel any time in one click; unused monthly credits roll over one month.
